Introduction to Physical Theatre

Introduction to Physical Theatre gently immerses participants into the world of creation, exploration and performance, where everything and anything is possible and nothing is quite what it seems. Participants will be lead through a number of group and individual exersises and games, designed to free one's body, voice and imagination helping to effortatlessley enter a world of adventure and play. It is from here one's creation of character will start to emergge and participants will be encouraged to take risks, act on their impluses and find pleasure in being out there! Chris strives to create a safe and non-judgemental enviroment full of invitations for participants to explore, create, have fun and play.
