  • Jonas Basom

    Jonas Basom is a national consultant presenter and teacher trainer for arts and literacy.  Winner of the Bravo Award for Outstanding Arts Educator of California, he is the author and creator of the Drama Works! Teaching System (previously known as The Drama Game File), adopted by school districts and universities across the USA, and now aligned with the BC Arts Curriculum.  Since 1993, Mr. Basom has taught drama to students from preschool through college in the Los Angeles area, including 9 years in LAUSD.  He is an adjunct professor of arts courses for teachers at Pepperdine University, the University of Phoenix, and Cal State University LA.  Jonas’ curriculum and teacher training services can be found online at www.DramaEd.net.
